Oslo stitch wrist warmers

Not a specific pattern but a general technique.
Materials
Jenny Knoll Yarns, Aran weight. 73% mohair, 27% Shropshire lambswool. Arctic Blue.
Notes
For Daniel.
Method:
- Started with 25 stitches around.
- keep going round until enough depth for wrist, e.g. 8 rows.
- increase (2 sts into 1 st), mark 2nd increase stitch for next inc. row.
- Increase on alternate rows until have done 3 increase rows.
- Then chain of about 5 stitches to go across thumb.
Finished 1st mitt 4/8/25.
Then it was too hot to handle wool for a while!
Worked 2nd mitt 16/8/25.
Very cosy and Daniel wears them a lot. But a little too baggy around the hand for Daniel to play piano in.
