Pattern

Sampling Beauty by Leedra Scott (Ravelry link)

Materials

Hooks: 5.0 mm, 5.5 mm.

Jenny Knoll Yarns, 4 ply (1 skein = 100 grams)
Colorways: Spring waters and pale navy blue.

Yarn is 65% kid mohair and 35% Alpaca. Hand dyed. Bought at craft market at Bishop's Castle Town Hall from Jenny Knoll Yarns. Gorgeous colours and feels wonderful to crochet with.

Notes

Pattern uses different sizes of hook to keep a consistent width between the different stitch patterns.  Very clever!

Did all the repeats for the first half, but was getting very long, so only did feather and fan section for second half.  Looks fine and is a sensible length!  That does mean I have some yarn left over.

The end result is colourful and beautifully light.
