Pattern
Based on Dixon, Anne, The Weaver's Inkle Pattern Directory, p. 77.
Materials
13 pattern warp threads - Rico Ricorumi DK 100% cotton - 3 shades of blue.
Other warp threads - GarnHuset 8/2 mercerised cotton. Mainly ecru, borders have 2 warps of navy blue on each side.
Notes
Unfortunately the palest blue doesn't show up against the ecru background. Might have worked better if I'd used navy blue as a background!
Enjoyed making it. Takes a bit of concentration, but grows fairly quickly.
The Ricorumi DK did get a bit fluffy as it went through the heddle threads and the fluff tended to attach itself to the GarnHuset warp threads. I was able to pick it off before it got incorporated into the weaving.
