Materials
Wensleydale Sheep Shop Longwool DK
- Rich red - main colour
- Pale blue - contrast
3.25 and 3.5mm circular needles.
Notes
Mitten 1 - small size - wasn't big enough! Also stranded knitting not regular to start with. Will undo this glove! (11/3/10 - 16/3/10)
Mitten 2 - Medium size and much more even, although thumb a bit too long. (3/4/10 - 12/6/10)
Mitten 3 - As 2nd mitten. Had to undo part of it as put thumb on wrong side! (24/6/10 - 9/10/10)
Did fingertip to cuff for all 3 and found Judy's magic cast on very easy and neat to use.
Wool is lovely - smooth and lustrous, though a bit fluffy. Quite soft.
